Cybersecurity Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to specialized Cybersecurity problems.
• Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems, or technology problems as they relate to cybersecurity requirements.
• Analyzes information security requirements.
• Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of work flow, organization, and planning.
• Provides security engineering support for planning, design, development, testing, demonstration, integration of information systems.

• Experience: Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience
• Clearance: DoD Top Secret Clearance with an investigation eligible for IT-I
• Certifications:
  • DOD 8570.01 IAT level II (One of the following):
    • CySA+
    • GICSP
    • GSEC
    • Security+ CE
    • CND
    • SSCP
    • CASP+ CE
    • CCNP Security
    • CISA
    • CISSP (or Associate)
    • GCED
    • GCIH
    • CCSP
  • DoD 8570.01 CSSP-IR or CSSP-A (One of the following):
    • CEH
    • CFR
    • CCNA Cyber Ops
    • CCNA-Security
    • CySA+ **
    • GCIA
    • GCIH
    • GICSP
    • Cloud+
    • SCYBER
    • PenTest+
    • SSCP
    • CHFI
    • CND
  • One of the following Computing Environment (CE) certifications:
    • ArcSight Enterprise Security Manager (ESM) 5.0 Security Analyst
    • ArcSight Logger 5.0 Administration and Operations
    • HBSS Administrator
    • HBSS Advanced
    • McAfee Network Security Platform Administration
